iEvolve is the online training portion of the Evolution Training System. Our online training system consists of three key components:
Our check-ins serve the purpose of monitoring the little things that you normally wouldn't think of. We know that sleep and stress have a major affect on your training program. By maintaining a well balanced lifestyle, you will optimize your results.
Our trainers will go through your schedule each week and write up your workouts. When it is time to hit the gym, simply view our mobile application where you can track your workouts. In the application, you will find video examples demonstrating how to perform the exercise. Simply report back how each exercise went and if you made any changes to the weight or reps. Don't like to bring your phone to the gym? No problem! Print out your workout and bring it to the gym. Just make sure you log off the workout when you get home.
The nutrition portion of iEvolve is what differentiates us from the competition. Each week, your trainer will go through your daily caloric intake and prescribe custom carbohydrates, protein, fat, and fibre. We follow a flexible dieting approach which allows our clients to indulge into the cravings they have.
